Terms and Conditions for Workshops Booked through the Website

Below are the general terms and conditions for events booked and paid for through the website. For terms and conditions relating to other client work, please contact me directly.

Workshop places once booked and paid for are generally non-refundable, except if the workshop is cancelled due to my own inability to hold the event (for example, because of illness), in which case ticket holders will be offered a choice between a place on the same workshop at a future date or a full refund.

If an in-person event cannot be held in-person because of an unforeseen event, we reserve the right to hold the event online or to cancel the event. In the case of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a choice between a place on the same workshop at a future date or a full refund.

Ticket holders may transfer their place to another person if they cannot attend, provided that (i) the person to whom the ticket is transferred falls within the class of persons for whom the workshop is offered, if applicable; and (ii) I am notified of the change and given the contact details of the person attending.

Workshop participants are responsible for notifying me of any special needs they have or reasonable adjustments that they require.  I kindly ask participants to contact me in advance to discuss their needs, so that I can do my best to accommodate them successfully.

I respect the privacy and confidentiality of clients and any person data will be held in accordance with our privacy policy which is available on our website.
